My file server's internet connection was unstable for a few weeks. Worrying about the issue all the time, I wrote a small script to monitor the server.

This is kind of a long-term review of the customer relationship management tool Highrise, made by 37signals. I was leading the team introducing the system into IAESTE Austria's IT infrastructure between 2011 and early 2012. I learned a lot during that project and I want to share some of it here.
