What is RUIDB?

RUIDB is a simple tool for working with MySQL using a webbrowser.

Objectives
RUIDB was made to enable users with little knowledge about MySQL to add/edit/delete/view rows of MySQL-Tables. It is also a nice tool for admins or website authors.
RUIDB was not made and will never be able to alter the layout of tables or create tables.

RUIDB was made for users to work in tables that already exist. If you want a complete tool for administration of MySQL, I recommend PHPMyAdmin.
RUIDB was created because we think that PHPMyAdmin is too complex, too difficult and too dangerous for "normal" users who have little or no knowledge about SQL.

Requirements

• A webserver (tested on Apache) using:
  • PHP (tested on Version 4.3, should work with any above 4)
  • MySQL (tested on Version 4)
• Any Browser
